Rotating between Mornings 6am - 2pm and Afternoons 2pm - 10pm (please note that on rare occasions, you may be asked to work a night shift)Role Responsibilities: Health and Safety:Overall Management responsibilities for Health and Safety in their designated areasEnsure operators are working in a risk free environment, wearing the correct PPE and are compliant in company H and S requirementsReview risk assessments and SOP''s to ensure they are up to date, user friendly and contain the correct information/ settingsReport and investigate incidents / accidents and follow up with a full report within 24hrsQuality/ Technical:Actively promote a "right first time" environmentEnsure food safety is followed in the production of productsEnsure area standards are set and maintainedEnsure Quality samples represent against the final production requirement with sign off and double sign off from another team memberAssist in NC/CAPA investigations as requiredEnsure that all paperwork is correctly filled out in a timely manner and audit to ensure right first timeOwn responsibility of line clearance for manufacturing/packaging as per SOP372Staff ..... full job details .....
