Lead and develop the Compliance team, setting a high standard and building capability.Own and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Programme, keeping risk visible and well-managed.Be the go-to contact for the FCA, managing regulatory returns and interactions.Keep policies sharp and relevant – and make sure they’re embedded, not just filed.Deliver engaging training that builds a culture of accountability and compliance.Oversee adviser onboarding, file reviews, complaints, and Consumer Duty obligations.Support change, MandA activity and strategic projects with compliance insight.Provide senior leaders with the right data and advice to make informed decisions.You don’t have to have "Head of" on your CV already but you do need to bring:A solid track record in compliance within financial planning.A strong understanding of FCA rules and expectations.Confidence handling regulatory engagement and advising senior stakeholders.Leadership skills – whether proven or emerging – and the ability to inspire others.A proactive mindset, great communication, and the drive to keep improving.What’s in It for You?
