Overview

We are looking for a talented Engineering Team Lead to join our Integrations squad and help shape the future of spend management. As an Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of 4 to 6 software engineers, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer. You will drive your team’s objectives and ensure successful delivery against clear KPIs and defined SLOs. You will champion the growth and engagement of your team members, supporting their career development, performance management, and recognition through promotions and development plans. While we don’t expect Team Leads to be full-time hands-on coders, you will remain technically involved—contributing to software architecture, troubleshooting, code reviews, and supporting your team in non-critical technical initiatives.Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for other squads and the product teamEnsure high-quality delivery from your squadReview pull requests and designs; oversee technical decisionsLead by example and promote strong technical guidelines and robust architectural patternsDefine and communicate clear, SMART objectivesFoster the well-being and growth of your squad through mentoring, regular 1:1s, and team-building activitiesBe actively involved in the hiring processWhat We\''re Looking For

5+ years of software development experienceDemonstrated experience in people managementStrong experience with integrations ecosystemsStrong knowledge of robust and scalable architectural patternsExcellent communication skillsExperience working on large-scale projects in fast-paced environmentsProactive approach to identifying and solving problemsExperience in fintech is a plus, but not requiredOur stack
