Stafflex Education is looking for experienced Secondary SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team for immediate short-term, daily emergency cover and potential longer-term roles from Easter and Spring Bank across local secondary schools.

Your Role:

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and positive behaviour management

• Work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to meet learning and emotional needs
