WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

DAYS - 48 HOURS PER WEEK

STARTING SALARY -12.71 Per Hour

We are recruiting for a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operative for a well establish packaging company to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is key to ensuring the efficient movement of materials, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting production teams to minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering materials to machine Operators with minimal downtime.
• Replenishing racking with incoming stock & returned stock.
• Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries to customers and from suppliers, recording weights of pallets.
• Booking in arrivals & reporting shortages.
• Stock takes weekly & monthly.
• Ensure Warehouse & yard are kept clean & tidy.
• Varied duties to enable production facilities to run as efficiently as possible.
• May require occasional van driving to meet the business needs.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift and Bendi Truck Licence (ideal but not essential)
• Flexible approach to work with the ability to perform a variety of tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain organised and work effectively under pressure
• Basic IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Office systems
• Team Player with a strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to health and safety standards
