On offer is a secure, permanent position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you''ll take the lead on planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electro-mechanical machinery, while mentoring one engineer and working closely with the Manufacturing Manager to improve reliability and reduce downtime. This company is a well-established manufacturer and service provider, supplying major UK retailers. Following significant investment into their facilities and continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their engineering function with a lead engineer who can take ownership and develop with the business long term. In this role you will carry out fault finding and repairs on PLC-controlled systems (Siemens / Allen-Bradley), motor control circuits, VSDs, sensors and three-phase power, alongside mechanical maintenance on gearboxes, conveyors, pneumatics and hydraulics.
