This has come off the back of a hugely successful 10+ years where they have established themselves in multiple countries and picked up numerous awards within the industry.They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process lots of different data variants across the industry. They are looking for a Director of Backend Development to lead a 200+ team to enhace their backend capabilities and platforms, where they develop applications using Python, Golang or Java. They are looking for experience, a varied set of skills and technologies and desire to keep learning. You will be heading up the entire backend operation and need to have experience leading at least 100+ teams in the past!This role is fully remote although they have a number of offices across Europe if you wanted to relocate. They are also looking for people with Russian and English language skills which will help bridge the communication gap across various global teams.
