Position Title: Recruitment AdministratorEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional off-site meetingsSalary: £25,500 - £29,000 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, compliance, and employee integration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates. What you will be doing? Partner with the Recruitment Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment administration.Track and monitor candidate applications throughout the hiring process and review CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.Provide general recruitment support as required.Liaise with immigration advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of visa processes.Maintain compliance with UK right-to-work legislation.Conduct regular audits of employee records.Act as the first point of contact for visitors, new hires, and agency staff.Support managers with onboarding activities, including arranging IT equipment, medical appointments, and other essentials.Assist HR with onboarding and ongoing support for all employees, including international staff.Coordinate pre-boarding requirements such as IT setup, fleet arrangements, and medical checks.Liaise with vetting teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for project staff.
