This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to providing high-quality care and education.Main Duties:Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively, meeting the individual needs and interests of children.Maintain accurate records of key children''s development and share progress with parents/carers.Build strong partnerships with families to support children''s learning and well-being.Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.Report any concerns to the appropriate person (Manager, SENCO, DSL) while maintaining confidentiality.Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.Participate in staff meetings, training, and occasional out-of-hours activities.Uphold all policies and procedures relevant to the role and setting.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.Essential:Previous experience working with young children.Commitment to supporting children and their families.Friendly, flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team.Physically and mentally fit to work with children.Desirable:Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (CACHE, BTEC, NVQ) or equivalent.Level 2 qualification and working towards Level 3.Benefits of Working with ..... full job details .....
