This is a hands-on opportunity where you will work closely with the Store Manager as part of a small team, supporting the day-to-day running of the site while delivering excellent service and helping to grow sales.The role offers an excellent work-life balance, with no late shifts, no Sunday working and half-day Saturdays on a rotational basis.The RoleAs Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager across sales, customer service, administration, site standards and general operations.You will deal with customer enquiries by telephone, email and face to face, helping customers find the most suitable solution and following up on new opportunities.This is not a high-pressure sales environment.
