Our apprentices win awards, and the employers we work with have high expectations.InclusionWe are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where different perspectives and backgrounds are celebrated.If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, just let us know — we’re here to support you.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Programme Leader to join our Apprenticeship Training team, working on our exciting new Content Creator Apprenticeship programme.This part-time role (two days per week) is central to helping our apprentices develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed — from writing and visual storytelling to audio, digital, and planning skills — with an emphasis on practical application and industry best practice.You’ll lead your cohort through their apprenticeship journey, providing guidance, feedback, and support, and ensuring they are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll also help shape and deliver a curriculum that inspires, stretches, and reflects the latest industry standards.This role is based in our central London office (61 Queen Street, EC4R 1EB) or at client sites, with some flexibility for remote working where appropriate.PA Media Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.Safer recruitment practices and pre-employment checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed. Lead a cohort of apprentices through their training, acting as the main point of contact and tracking their progress.Support apprentices in building their portfolios and preparing for their End Point Assessment.Deliver engaging and practical training sessions, providing clear, constructive feedback.Liaise with employers to share updates, address concerns, and ensure programme alignment.Maintain accurate records in the BUD system and contribute to quality assurance activities.Collaborate with colleagues to build and refine curriculum content.About You
We’re looking for someone with a passion for developing people and helping the next generation of content creators thrive.You’ll need:Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, or mentoring within a media, communications, or creative environment – with an expertise in short and long form video and visualsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with learners, employers, and colleagues.Up-to-date sector knowledge and a commitment to professional development.A collaborative approach and a drive to support apprentices to achieve their best.What We Offer
