We''re working with a growing professional services firm that is looking for an experienced Tax Director to play a key role in the continued development of its Tax Advisory practice. This is a senior, high-impact position combining technical advisory work, influential client relationships, business development and team leadership. You''ll work closely with business owners, shareholders and senior stakeholders, providing commercially focused advice on some of the decisions that matter most to them. You''ll have the opportunity to: Lead complex, commercially focused tax advisory assignments and provide practical solutions to challenging client requirements. Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners, shareholders and senior management. Advise on strategic areas including business structuring, reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, succession and exit planning, shareholder matters and wider tax planning. Identify and develop new opportunities across both existing relationships and the wider market. Lead pitches and proposals and play a visible role in growing the Tax Advisory offering.
