Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the commercial management functions across multiple projects, overseeing a small team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors. Key duties include: producing CVRs, managing team workload to include applications for payment from sub-contractors, variations and preparation of final accounts.
