A multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its London team. This Building Surveyor role sits within an established Building Surveying function, offering exposure to a range of property sectors. The Building Surveyor will be based in London (SE1) and will work across portfolios, projects and transactions, delivering Building Surveying advice to a varied client base. The Company? The business works with commercial, education, residential, leisure and healthcare clients and provides integrated property and construction advice. This Building Surveyor role supports continued growth within the surveying team. The Role As the Building Surveyor, you will manage client instructions relating to property portfolios, projects and transactions. You will provide advice across design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment, working alongside other technical disciplines.
