They sell across the globe, both D2C and retail, but they are looking for someone to focus on and head up the UK operations. This will be a standalone role and you will be working on a self employed basis. What''s on offer Occasional travel to UK Distributors Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Free products 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Extended maternity/paternity/adoption leave What will you do as the Operations Manager Generate and update Order Fill Rate and On Time reports and monitor KPIs Manage inventory records and own supply chain trouble shooting Work closely with UK Distributors, overseeing customer orders and EDI portals Support with Merchandising and UK Promotions across retail stores Track orders, liaise with 3PL and log POD s Streamline processes for the UK ready for team expansion What do you need to be the Operations Manager Must have worked in a fast paced FMCG SME / start up Advanced on Excel, NetSuite would be advantageous Dynamic, resilient and have high energy Had a previous role at Manager level with full operations accountability Happy to work on a self employed basis Job Number ..... full job details .....
