Teaching Assistant Behaviour Specialist Location: Primary Alternative Provision North and West Leeds Area Start Date: January (Temporary to Permanent) Contract: Temp to perm Pay: £12.07 £14.43 per hour (AWR compliant)We are recruiting a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils who present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour. This role will involve supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them to regulate, engage positively with learning, and reintegrate successfully within an educational setting. The role is ideal for someone patient, resilient and passionate about helping children thrive.
