Job Title: Lead Engineer Location: TW6 Salary: 42,000 per annum Shifts: Days / 6:30am-6:30pm / 4 on 4 off We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a large commercial site in TW6. This is a permanent role offering excellent stability, technical development, and the opportunity to lead electrical maintenance activities within a well-established engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the site Oversee and support a small team of engineers to ensure efficient service delivery Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures Support site operations to minimise downtime and maintain critical systems Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to uphold high standards of performance Requirements: Proven experience in a commercial or critical FM environment Strong leadership, communication, and fault-finding skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience working on a continental shift pattern is desirable Plumbing experience or biased engineer would be advantageous Benefits: Competitive salary of 42,000 per annum Continental shift pattern (days) Overtime opportunities available Excellent career progression within a growing FM provider Pension, holiday, and additional benefits package ..... full job details .....
