What the role entails:To lead and mentor staff teams within residential services for adults with profound learning disability and complex needs. Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to promote professional development.Conduct regular supervisions and 1-1s and work with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of highest quality of care and support.
