Swimming Instructor - TW2 Health and Fitness Club - Twickenham, LondonJob Type: Part TimeWe are looking for a Swimming Teacher to promote our Swimming Lesson brand, deliver engaging swimming lessons to all ages and abilities and provide exceptional customer service standards.Primary objectives for the Swimming Teacher will be:To ensure the successful delivery of the Learn to Swim programme in line with company policy and Swim England Learn to Swim framework.The Swimming Teacher will focus day to day on the following tasks:To teach customers of a varying age and ability as per the Swim England''s Learn to Swim framework and complete all necessary administration.To ensure teaching, customer care and health and safety standards are maintained in line with company policy.To maximise the retention of swimming lessons participants through quality standards, motivation and customer care.To ensure strong communication links between yourself, the swim manager, reception and duty management.To deal with customer enquiries, feedback and concerns.The PersonOur swimming lessons are based on the Swim England Learn to Swim framework and it is desirable to hold an SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification or equivalent.
