We are looking for compassionate, reliable full-time Support Workers to join a small team providing person-centred support to an adult with a Learning Disability and Autism. The individual is non-verbal and requires consistent, structured support to promote independence, wellbeing, and safety. About the Role Community support is provided on a 2:1 basis, typically 10am-7pm, though times may vary depending on planned activities. You must also be flexible to work from 7am-10pm for his core hours.Overnight support is 1:1 sleeping nights, 10pm-7am.The person you will be supporting is generally calm and currently very settled. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, including prompting with self-care routines and assisting with washing during bathing.Prepare meals and drinks in line with preferences and dietary needs.Offer reassurance and use proactive strategies to redirect behaviours if the individual becomes dysregulated.Promote independence, dignity, and positive engagement in daily activities.
