Excellent opportunities has arisen within Adults and Communities – Early Intervention Community Norman Power Centre Centre, for full time Rehabilitation Assistants (RA). We are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individual that will perform a pivotal role within the Early Intervention Community Team, giving you the opportunity to provide an innovative service to adults within the community as well as contributing to a comprehensive care plan for the individual service user. The Early Intervention Community Team is focused on preventing avoidable hospital admission and facilitating discharge. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Nurses as well as Therapists in meeting these goals.Responsibilities

Perform a pivotal role within the Early Intervention Community Team.Provide an innovative service to adults within the community and contribute to comprehensive care plans for individual service users.Work alongside Nurses and Therapists to prevent avoidable hospital admissions and facilitate discharge.Support a seven day service, with shifts between 8 am and 10 pm.What We Offer
