We are currently seeking to appoint a Level 2 or above Nursery Practitioner at a warm and nurturing early years setting in St. Helen’s. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood development and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activitiesObserve, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS frameworkBuild strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleaguesPromote children’s personal, social, emotional, and physical developmentWork effectively as part of a dedicated team to maintain high standards of careEnsure all safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all timesCandidate Requirements:

Hold a recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)Eligible to work in the UKPrevious experience working in an early years settingKnowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWarm, caring, and patient approach to working with young childrenTwo professional references relating to work with childrenA current Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)What Exclusive Education Offers:
