Customer Service Representative

Location: Bradford, Thornbury
Salary: Starting at -25,800 - -26,700 after probation
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:30-17:30, alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00
Hybrid Working: Available after probation

We''re looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our Billing team as a Customer Service Representative. You''ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling billing queries, updating account information, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience across all channels.

What You''ll Do

• Respond to customer billing queries with clarity and care
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed
• Identify and support vulnerable customers
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Contribute to performance targets and service improvements

What We''re Looking For

Essential:

• 6+ months in a customer service role
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Good maths and English (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent)
• IT proficiency and ability to use multiple systems
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to change

Desirable:

• Contact centre experience
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience supporting or training colleagues
