This role will be central to ensuring robust financial reporting, integrating the new entities into the group, and driving efficiencies across processes and systems.You ll be responsible for full ownership of the PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow, with a particular focus on embedding controls, managing the month-end process, and delivering clear analysis to senior stakeholders. The business operates with a recurring revenue model, so understanding revenue recognition principles and the associated reporting requirements will be essential.Key Responsibilities Take full financial control of newly acquired business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting. Manage and deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Own the PandL, ensuring robust analysis and commentary is produced for senior management. Ensure balance sheets are reconciled in full each month and cash flow forecasts are maintained.
