Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver corporate tax advisory services to a varied portfolio of UK and international clientsAdvise on restructures, reorganisations, demergers, management buyouts, Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), and business transactionsSupport clients with business structuring, incorporations, profit extraction strategies, and due diligence projectsAssist with tax accounting, corporate tax reporting, and advisory support around compliance mattersWork alongside Partners and senior team members on complex technical projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to add valueSupport and mentor junior colleagues where requiredMaintain up-to-date technical knowledge across corporate tax legislationKey RequirementsATT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (CTA or CTA part-qualified desirable)Proven experience in corporate tax ..... full job details .....
