This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in nursery management or senior leadership, with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted regulations, and safeguarding practices. Day-to-day of the role: Provide strategic leadership and ensure the highest standards of quality assurance.Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance across the nursery.Lead and inspire staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents, enhancing communication and engagement.Manage administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the nursery.Ensure the environment supports children''s learning and development.Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
