Right now, we are looking for a Counselling Administrator to play a pivotal role in our Counselling and Therapeutic service in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? The Counselling Administrator role sits within the Integrated Student Team and provides support to the Therapeutic Services. The Therapeutic Services is led by the Head of Student and Therapeutic Services and is innovative in its development and implementation of therapeutic, trauma informed support for the people that use Hestia''s services. They will be responsible for working alongside Therapeutic Services to coordinate the delivery of clinical assessments and student volunteer counsellor placements. They will be booking Counselling assessments with clients, coordinate the therapy waiting list and act as a point of contact for staff and clinicians. They will be trained to complete counselling assessments where appropriate. They will be completing any other admin tasks as required. What do I need to bring with me?
