You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure the finance function continues to add value as the organisation grows.Key responsibilities will include: Leading the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Taking full ownership of year-end processes and audit preparation. Supporting the manufacturing finance agenda, including product costing, inventory and operational performance. Reviewing and strengthening financial controls and procedures. Preparing management information and analysing key business performance trends. Partnering with operational teams to support decision-making and improve financial understanding.
