This is a broad generalist role responsible for delivering operational HR support, managing employee relations matters, and partnering with managers to drive effective people practices across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance, and helping to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations and HR Support Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence management processes. Provide advice and guidance to managers on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice. Support organisational change initiatives and employee consultation processes where required. Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR decision-making across the business. Employee Lifecycle Management Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities. Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives. Manage contractual changes and employee records. Support performance management processes and development planning.
