The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of debt advice caseworkers, managing both performance and behaviours, supporting each individual to develop within their role. A demanding role, whereby the Team Leader will be the main point of contact for their team. Woking collaboratively with all members of the team including; Team Leaders, Service Manager, Operations Manager and Head of Service.
