Our client is recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of personal injury matters while supporting the team in achieving operational and business objectives.The RoleYou will provide high-quality legal services to clients, managing files from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring cases progress efficiently and client care remains exceptional.Key Responsibilities• Conduct initial client consultations and triage new enquiries• Advise clients on all aspects of personal injury matters• Manage a varied caseload and ensure timely file progression• Negotiate settlements aligned with client objectives• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Support business development and networking to grow workflows• Review and manage WIP, client funding, budgets, and fee earning targets• Participate in team meetings and assist with debt collection as required• Maintain well-organised, up-to-date files and ensure compliance with internal standards• Use DPS and IT systems consistently for correspondence, record keeping, and follow-up actionsThe Candidate• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE in personal injury• Strong analytical, case management, and client care skills• Confident negotiating settlements and managing high-value matters• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently• Comfortable working in a hybrid ..... full job details .....
