The Role: Deliver one-to-one or small group GCSE-level tuition (core subjects such as English, Maths and/or Science) Work with students who may have SEN, SEMH needs, or be disengaged from mainstream education Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs Build positive, trusting relationships to support academic progress and confidence Provide feedback on student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly The Ideal Candidate: Experience tutoring or teaching GCSE-level students A patient, empathetic approach to working with vulnerable young people Strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate learning An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) Previous experience with SEN or alternative provision is highly desirable What''s on Offer: £25-£30 per hour Flexible working opportunities Rewarding work supporting students who need it most Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant If you are passionate about education and want to help students achieve their potential, we would love to hear from you.
