Analyst, part qual, finalist, qualified accountant, FPandA The role of Senior Finance Analyst is hybrid with the requirement to be on site in Reading for 3 days a week.Duties will include:-Preparation of the annual business plan and monthly forecasts, by liaising with the relevant departments to deliver SGandA information.Business partner to HR and MarketingSupport the FPandA team to assist consolidation on monthly forecast/flash and commentary.Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary.Delivery of rolling forecast and budget Support to FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries.Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.Qualifications required:-Bachelors degree (BAcc, BAE, BFin, BEcon)Must possess 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international companies and manufacturing environment.Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, can participate or lead meetings in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language.Ability to work constructively at all organisational levels, from plant operators to senior executives.Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadline and performance goals.CIMA or ACCA or Masters degree - will also consider P/Q and finalistsWhat you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
