We are currently recruiting for an experience and proactive Quality Engineer to join our clients Quality teams based at their Rochester site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys solving complex quality issues, and is confident working with both customers and suppliers. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our clients quality systems, supporting production, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, including AS9100. Key Responsibilities: Managing supplier approval status and supporting supplier audits Operating and maintaining the CAPA (RCCA) system Managing standards, specifications, and documentation control Supporting APQP, PPAP and New Product Introduction activities Conducting First Article Inspections and managing concessions Supporting internal, customer, and supplier visits and audits Maintaining and updating the risk register Generating and maintaining manufacturing routes within MRP Contract review and configuration control Accurate record keeping and ongoing systems development Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential: Experience working within an AS9100 ..... full job details .....
