Compliance Coordinator - Fire SafetySalary: 30,787 per annumHours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00Location: Fully Office BasedIndustry: Fire Safety / Fire ProtectionAbout the RoleWe are looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join a busy team within the fire safety industry.This is a varied role combining compliance coordination, administration and PA-style support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and is confident managing multiple priorities.Previous experience within the fire safety or fire protection industry is essential, as the successful candidate will need a good understanding of industry terminology, compliance requirements and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain compliance documentation, records and certification.Monitor inspection, servicing and maintenance schedules to ensure deadlines are met.Liaise with engineers, clients, contractors and internal teams regarding compliance requirements.Ensure relevant documentation and certificates are accurately recorded and up to date.Assist with audits, reports and general compliance administration.Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and schedules for senior members of the team.Prepare documents, correspondence, reports and presentations as required.Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.Monitor outstanding actions and ensure these are followed up and completed.Maintain accurate databases, ..... full job details .....
