ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a key leadership role within our team, managing a varied portfolio of projects and providing expert advice across the full range of building surveying services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop client relationships, mentor junior staff, and take a hands-on role in shaping the future of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a full range of professional and project-based building surveying servicesManage client relationships and act as the primary point of contactLead and oversee project delivery from inception to completionUndertake technical due diligence, building pathology, and defect diagnosisProvide support and guidance to junior surveyors and graduatesContribute to business development and growth initiativesREQUIREMENTSMRICS qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experienceStrong knowledge of building surveying practice and legislationProven project management and client-facing skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamCommercial awareness and business development mindsetFull UK driving licenceREWARDS AND BENEFITSSalary is negotiable, dependent on the individuals experience but up to £80,000.
