About the role As a Legal Secretary within the Private Client Team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. You will play an important part in the smooth running of the team, managing documents, correspondence, diaries and client communication while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and excellent service standards. Key responsibilities Prepare and format legal documents, contracts and professional correspondence. Complete audio typing and transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently. Manage diaries, appointments, emails and schedules using Microsoft Outlook. Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and external contacts.
