The Role
 
As the Quantity Surveyor, you''ll have the following skills and experience:

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Conduct measurements and valuations for applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events effectively.
• Produce Cash Flow Forecasts and manage invoicing processes.
• Facilitate monthly project reviews and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

You

• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and their practical applications.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functionalities.
• Experience in Civil Engineering and Construction projects is a plus.
