An exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in Henley-on-Thames. Offering a competitive salary, hybrid working, excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.

Duties:

• Daily bookkeeping using Xero, including bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
• Reconcile control accounts and post payroll journals
• Review bookkeeping completed by junior team members
• Liaise with clients and provide ongoing support

Experience required:

• Minimum 2-3 years'' accountancy practice experience
• Strong bookkeeping and VAT experience
• Xero experience essential
• AAT qualified or qualified by experience
• Management accounts experience desirable
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
