Senior Valuation Surveyor needed in North London Paying £505.97 per day ref 013433Full time hours on a temporary basisKey ResponsibilitiesProfessional Valuation WorkUndertake valuations for a range of purposes including:Red Book valuationsAsset valuationsPortfolio reviewsInsurance valuationsAcquisitions and disposalsPrepare detailed professional reports in accordance with RICS Standards.Estate and Asset ManagementManage a mixed portfolio (commercial, operational, investment, land).Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears and negotiations with tenants and landlords.Provide asset management advice to improve performance and value.Strategic Property WorkSupport the development and delivery of asset strategies, investment plans, and property rationalisation programmes.Assist with feasibility studies, options appraisals and viability assessments.Acquisitions and DisposalsProvide valuation support for land and property transactions.Lead on negotiations with external parties.Prepare briefing papers, reports and recommendations for senior officers and committees (if applicable).Professional and Team ResponsibilitiesProvide mentoring, guidance or informal supervision to junior surveyors or apprentices (where applicable).Ensure compliance with RICS regulatory requirements and professional standards.Maintain accurate financial and property records.Represent the service at internal and external meetings.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the ..... full job details .....
