Senior Designer - Cladding – SE LondonResponsibilities

Detailed construction drawings (cladding)Elevation and plan drawings (based on non-vectorised drawings)Panel and sub-grid setting out drawingsMaterial take-offLiaising with the Commercial department for material orders vs. specificationsConducting site surveys and taking photographsAttending design and progress meetingsRequesting specifications and confirming details from suppliersCollaborating with structural engineers, consultants, and architectsMust be proficient in AutoCAD 2DHybrid working arrangement: two days in the office, with occasional site visits (projects within the M25 area)Qualifications / Requirements

Experience as Designer or Senior Designer (Facade/Cladding)Proficiency in AutoCAD 2DAbility to collaborate with structural engineers, consultants, and architectsWillingness to conduct site surveys and engage in project meetings
