This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, complex programme while helping shape how future workforce requirements are understood, planned and delivered.Responsibilities and Expectations: Analysing workforce data including headcount, skills, recruitment trends, turnover and demographics to identify risks, trends and opportunities. Developing dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide clear insight for senior decision-makers. Supporting multi-year strategic workforce plans aligned with programme and organisational objectives. Producing workforce forecasts and running "what-if" scenarios around demand, attrition, productivity, transformation and organisational change. Supporting workforce and capability modelling to identify future resourcing pressures. Translating complex datasets into clear, concise and compelling recommendations. Helping identify appropriate interventions, including strategic recruitment, talent pipelines, reskilling and capability development.Skills and Qualifications: Experience within PMO, strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, business analytics or strategic planning.
