Are you an Electrician with experience working within the Maintenance and Facilities Management sector Rydon Maintenance Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician / Maintenance Site Supervisor to join our highly regarded repairs and maintenance team in Southend, Essex on a facilities management contract with the NHS. This is an excellent opportunity to take on some site supervisory duties, whilst still maintaining an active role within your trade. We provide reactive and planned maintenance to a number of NHS buildings and we work to strict timescales and safety requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of service users using these NHS facilities. Job Purpose As an Electrician / Site Supervisor your time will be split between supervising the sites and also maintaining an active role in your trade. You will be working across two care homes located in Southend, Essex.
