Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with experience in wood-based manufacturing to operate and maintain CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and running CNC machines to produce precision wood components for furniture, cabinetry, reception desks, IPS units, or other wood products. Job Duties: Set up and operate CNC routers. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machine settings. Load raw wood materials onto CNC machines. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts. Perform quality control checks on finished products and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines (e.g., tool changes, cleaning, lubrication). Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot and correct machine or program errors during operation.
