We are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 teacher to join our team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of young learners in a thriving school community. The Role:

You will have responsibility for teaching a lively and engaging curriculum, helping to develop key skills in our youngest learners and ensuring they reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be expected to:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for KS1.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and assess pupils'' progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality teaching in KS1 across all core subjects
* Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure all pupils are engaged and challenged
* Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, including support staff, to provide tailored learning experiences
* Keep up-to-date with changes in curriculum and educational developments
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication regarding pupils'' progress

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* Has experience teaching in KS1, with a clear understanding of the national curriculum
* Is passionate about nurturing young learners and making a difference in their education
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is a team player, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
* Is committed to their own professional development
