Multi Trade operative for commercial and high end residential maintenance work in Bromley.Up to £42000 per yearPermanent opportunityWe are looking for a Multi Trader Operative that has experience within the commercial and residential sectors to join a busy repairs and maintenance contracts.Carpentry or Plumbing background essential, fencing/replacement of rainwater goods/overclad, experience in window care/repair, brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering and making goods. About YouCandidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H and S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.- expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.- A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime and OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.- Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.- A HSE understanding- Full UK Driver s License (NOT ESSENTIAL)- Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone- Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard- A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry- City and Guilds ..... full job details .....
