Comprehensive working knowledge of HCM databases and systems, particularly Payroll, Recruitment, Core HR and Learning and Development systems with advanced MS Office skills e.g. excel. Experience of successfully providing systems support and administration within a large complex organisation. Desirable requirements: HCM System and Report development (SQL) qualification or equivalent Project / Change Management qualification CIPD qualified or equivalent.
