BCS require a Labourer to work on a large commercial office refurbishment project in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027. Possible more works will be added.

Main works:

• a new CAT A–CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, along with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Main duties:

• General Labouring duties
• Assisting trades
• moving of materials to skips
• helping unload deliveries 

Requirements:

• CSCS Card
• min 5 years site experience
• experience in  interior/refurbishment a benefit
• Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
• DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous
