Customer Account Manager
Based in the Studley area, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager to join a successful Logistics company. Working in a small team, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently delivered while driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will ensure customer''s logistical needs are met and support the optimisation of their supply chain operations.Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you will proactively identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and build long-term, profitable partnerships.
