Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will manage a varied caseload, complete high-quality statutory assessments, and represent the local authority in court proceedings when required.Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Assessments: Conduct robust Section 47 (S47) inquiries, Section 7 (S7), and Section 37 (S37) welfare reports within statutory timescales.Child Protection and CIN: Lead on complex Child Protection (CP) and Child in Need (CIN) cases, carrying out comprehensive analytical assessments and formulating effective safety plans.Court Work: Prepare detailed, high-standard court reports and present evidence in public and private law court proceedings.Relational Safeguarding: Work directly with children and families using strength-based and trauma-informed practice models to manage risk and promote positive family outcomes.Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate closely with partner agencies to share information, manage risk, and deliver ..... full job details .....
